Hello

I’m a self-taught watercolour artist based in Tasmania, inspired by this island’s wildlife and the intricate beauty found in nature. I hope that my work captures those moments that stop you in your tracks—because the closer you look, the more there is to see.

My paintings have allowed me to connect with the wild places around me and allow me to share this with others too. Whether it’s the fine lines on a bird’s feathers, the intricate patterns on a crustacean’s exoskeleton, it’s a reminder that nature’s most breathtaking details are often the ones we almost miss. Thanks for taking the time to look at some of my work.

Helen.
